You do not need to upgrade or make changes. For Latitude Z users with FaceAware, this message is a Windows bug. It is simply incorrect and no update is required.
To hide the message permanently, perform the following steps:
1. Check the box in the lower left corner labeled "Don’t show this message again".
2. Click the "Run Program" button. This step is unintuitive, but required to prevent the message from reoccurring.
