The demonstration copies of FastAccess have an automatic diagnostic upload report enabled by default. This report allows you and Sensible Vision to easily review the overall performance of FastAccess. Included in these reports are graphical details on how quickly FastAccess recognizes users and the number of accesses and unlocks for each user.

Leaving this reporting feature enabled allows you to view these convenient online usage statistics and provides Sensible Vision helpful data. This information may allow us to further improve the performance of FastAccess. No personal information or data is uploaded to our servers.

Here is an example screen shot of the statistics you can get when you allow the automatic diagnostic upload reports to be sent. To access these statistics, use the FA Management Console and navigate to System Options\Usage Statistics. In addition to Sensible Vision, only users authorized to access the Management console for the specific computer will be able to view these statistics.



No personal information, passwords or personal data is uploaded to our servers. We do receive information on the operational status of Fast Access, including how quickly it recognizes a user, how many times a user needed to enter a password to gain access and event codes related to the operational status of the software.
